Working With Erika
Erika J. Monell has been a Corporate Information Technology leader for over 25 years. She graduated from Syracuse University with her Bachelors and Master’s of Science, both in the area of Information Technology and Telecommunications, respectively. Over the years she has held various positions that all have led back to managing and coaching people, the area where her true passions lay. But its more than just managing people, what has always stood out for her was how individuals react to different situations and why these reactions are so varied.
In 2015 she answered the persistent calling on her life to be intentional about using her gifts of intuition and healing to elevate the consciousness of our planet. Becoming a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner provided the opportunity to partner with individuals and groups to identify and create awareness about their energetic makeup. To put it plainly, what kind of energy do you bring to each situation and how do we increase awareness in order to reduce reactions and drive conscious decision making. This is where emotional intelligence and purposeful living are born. Erika is also a Reiki Master and Herbalist and uses these and other energetic healing modalities to shift emotional, traumatic and energetic blocks that hold individuals back from connecting to their highest and best selves.
